Tracking orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on mynativesoup.com, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information. You can also contact Jolie Customer Service to track your order.
